Welcome to My Tights.com where you will find what we believe is the widest selection of hosiery available anywhere online. We offer a huge range of products from a variety of well known quality brands. We stock many specialist items that are not widely available including traditional fully fashioned stockings and great hosiery for the fuller figure and extra tall, as well as a very large selection of colors.

Our aim is to supply you with whatever hosiery you are looking for. If we don’t have what you want we will do our best to get it for you.

Shopping online

We have tried to make shopping at My Tights as easy and painless as possible. You can access all products on the website with one click on the menu on the left hand side of every page. You can choose to view products sorted by:
To buy, select the size, color and quantity you would like by using the pull downs by each product, then click on the “add to basket” icon. You can always remove items later. You can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on the ‘basket’ link at the top of every page. To complete your order click on the ‘Order Now’ link in the basket and follow the instructions provided.

Shopping by phone

Please telephone customer services on (786) 347-5720. They will be happy to place your order on the internet on your behalf. Please have your credit card details, billing and delivery addresses to hand. Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday 6am - 3pm EST, outside these hours and when the phone lines are busy a voice-mail system will take your call, and we will call you back as soon as possible.

Using a coupon

Unique coupon codes are sent by email and contain all instructions necessary to redeem. The code must be entered after logging in and the email address the coupon is sent to must match the one in your account details. If you have difficulties redeeming your coupon, contact us

Order tracking

To view the status of your order at any time, login to your account and click on "Order Tracking/History". (You can go direct to this page by clicking on the link provided in your order confirmation email). This will bring up a list of all orders you have placed with MyTights.com. To view details of each individual order click on the order number. This will show every item in the order, whether it has been processed (the time and date of processing will be shown), or whether we are awaiting a delivery from the supplier. If your order has been sent by recorded delivery click on the link saying "track".

If your order has already been despatched and has not arrived within the expected delivery time please contact us.

Product information and advice

If you have any questions about what hosiery would best meet your needs visit our Hosiery Advice section which covers a wide range of subjects including tips on how to find the right size and what would be most flattering for you as well as general information on the history of stockings.

Sizing information

Manufacturer’s size charts are available for all product. Simply click on the link by the relevant product. Manufacturer's sizing policies vary significantly, so it is worth checking out our sizing tips in the hosiery advice section.

How do I search for a particular product?

Type in the term that you are looking for e.g. "fishnet" in the search box on the top left of every page. If you have problems finding the product you are looking for, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.

Currency conversions

All prices on the My Tights website are quoted in US Dollars (USD) or British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include EU VAT (sales tax), if applicable. If you would like an indicative price in any other currency, a conversion is available from the drop down menu on the left hand menu bar. The transaction will however only be settled in USD, EUR or GBP and will be converted at your bank's prevailing exchange rate.

Payment information

My Tights accepts MasterCard, VISA, Amex, Maestro, Visa Electron and Solo cards. "MyTights.com Mail Order" will appear on your statement. Your credit card will only be debited when your order is dispatched.

Delivery information

All goods are posted via first class air mail USPS service. Orders placed before 11:30am Eastern Time (Monday to Friday) will be despatched the same day (subject to items being in stock). MyTights.com delivers to anywhere in the USA, EU, and beyond. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Customs

Please note that all shipments to the US and Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be born by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Packaging

All orders are despatched in completely plain packaging with no names or logos on the outside.

Returns information

We offer a simple no-quibble guarantee. We will exchange the goods or refund you. Simply return items to us unopened, in their original condition within 28 days.

To return items to us please package them carefully, pre-pay the postage costs, fill in the returns form on the back of your invoice and put the package in the post. Please use a recorded delivery service. We will refund your postage charges if the return is a result of our error. Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a full refund (or exchange the items for others if you prefer.) We will send you an email confirming your return instructions when we have processed it. If your chosen substitute product is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.

If you don't have your invoice, please write the order number on a separate sheet of paper and enclose it with the package so that we can trace your order history.

In-stock Guarantee

My Tights aspires to 100% in-stock availability. If we are out of stock of a particular item (or do not have the quantities you would like), you can still place an order but there may be a delay in despatch of these items.

When you add an unavailable item to your basket, you will be provided with an estimated delivery time. Items that are in stock will be sent immediately as per normal, the rest of your order will be despatched when all the remaining items become available.

There is no additional delivery charge for ordering items that are not currently in stock.

How to cancel orders

To cancel an order please contact us. Alternatively telephone us on (786) 347-5720. If you order has already been despatched, simply return it as outlined in our Returns Policy.

Security on the MyTights website

Your payment and order details are sent to us across a secure connection that uses a 128bit certificate supplied by Thawte. This means that the information is encrypted and cannot be read by anyone other than ourselves. You can see the pages are secure because the address in the address bar changes from http:// to https://. You will also see a padlock symbol or key in the bottom bar of your browser.

Alternatively, proceed with your order as normal, but when asked for your credit card details select the pay by cheque option and complete the order. Then telephone us with your credit card details on (786) 347-5720 or fax us on (786) 347-5721 quoting your order number and total value of order which you will find on your confirmation e-mail.

Privacy policy

The information we receive from customers helps us continually improve your shopping experience.

Information you enter onto the MyTights website (such as name and address) is stored by us. We use this information for purposes such as responding to your requests and processing your order, as well as improving the MyTights site. We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

We also receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. MyTights uses cookies to personalise your visit to MyTights and thereby improve your shopping experience, for example they are used to hold the contents of the shopping basket during each visit that you make to the website. Cookies are stored on your browser, you can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening.

Sharing information with 3rd parties

Once you have registered with MyTights, we will never pass your details to anyone else without asking you first unless requested by a law enforcement agency.

We do collate statistics about site traffic, sales and other commercial information which we may pass on to trusted third parties but these statistics do not include any information which can identify you personally. If we change our policy on disclosure to others, we will inform you and give you the option of opting out.

Unsubscribing from our e-mail list

My Tights policy is to allow users to unsubscribe from our regular e-mails at any time, all you have to do is unselect the tick box in your account page or contact us. Sometimes things go wrong, if this is the case please accept our apologies. If you have replied to a newsletter asking us to stop sending e-mails, and this has not happened it may be because the e-mail address to which we are sending the e-mails is not the same as the address from which you sent the request from. Please check the address we are using and include this information in your request.

Complaints procedure

We welcome any comments about our service; we depend on you to tell us how we can improve what we are doing. Our aim is to deal with any problems and difficulties quickly and fairly. If you have reasons to complain about our service, please contact us and state that you are making a complaint. Alternatively call us on (786) 347-5720.

We aim to always respond to all enquiries within 24 hours either resolving the complaint or establishing a timescale for its resolution. We always strive to resolve complaints within three working days.
