I have bought Elbeo tights for a long time and generally find them to be a good fit and superior quality to many other makes. I was disappointed that this pair laddered the first time I put them on, especially as I had cut my nails off specially! The ladder is now spreding and I fear I am loosing support now which is on my worst leg in terms of needing support

I am so sorry that your tights laddered on the first wear. While it is necessary to be careful with sheer products, I wouldn't generally expect them to ladder on the first wear and so it may be that you have received a faulty item.

First pair of tights I used only lasted twice then inside of body completely unravelled on one side. I still wore them because I need the compression for my legs and the unravelling did not travel down. I do find, however, that the leg length is very long. I am only 5'5" but a size 18 and they tend to wrinkle around the ankles. Apart from that I am very happy with them because my varicose veins do not ache when I have them on.

I have been wearing Elbeo tights for 30 (12) support tights for 30 years due to several DVT's happily with no complaint other than at times not able to get the size or colour, but not often.

As above regarding height, but they fit tightly around the legs which was is a big relief for my legs

The Elbeo Supreme Support 30 Tights do have guidelines for the sizes in hip measurements and heights; however, if you feel that your product did not match the size guide in any way please do let us know so that we can change the guide, and please also consider returning you item to us for an exchange or a refund.

They had insufficient compression, as per my consultant! Quite long in the leg as I am not that tall. I'm sure they will be useful at a later stage.

The sizing was a problem - according to the packet I should have ordered a size bigger than your website advised. Elbeo are much cheaper than other brands, but have a dire colour range, which doesn't even include black, and are made more cheaply, e.g. the foot is sideways onto the thigh/crutch.
