These Chain Garter Tights from Pamela Mann are feature a pretty garter design which sits around the mid thigh, and are made from 50 denier fabric which meets sheer 15 denier fabric at the mid thigh. The garter detail is further decorated by a sweet little hearts and bows adorned delicate chain design.
Make sure you show them off with short skirt or short shorts, as they are an unusual and individual take on the suspender tights trend.
