DELIVERY

Delivery Methods & Times


All orders placed before 12.00pm EST (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the same working day.

We ship worldwide! Simply select your country at the checkout. Information about the delivery options and times is in the following table:

If your order has not arrived with you after 14 days from the date of dispatch (21 days for customers outside the UK), please do get in touch so that we can resend your order for you.

Next day delivery


Next day delivery is offered in the UK only.

If you place your order before 5.00pm GMT (Monday to Friday) and subject to the items being in stock, your order will be with you the next working day arriving no later than 1.00pm. A signature will also be required.

Please note if you place your order before 5.00pm GMT on Friday, and select special delivery, your order will be shipped on Friday and will arrive before 1pm on Monday (or Tuesday if a bank holiday) - if you need your order on Saturday, please select Saturday delivery.

If you place your order after 5.00pm your order will be shipped the next working day by special delivery, and so will arrive before 1.00pm the following working day. If you place your order after 5.00pm on Friday, over the weekend or on a bank holiday, and select special delivery, your order will be shipped on Monday (or Tuesday if a bank holiday) and arrive before 1pm on Tuesday (or Wednesday if a bank holiday).

Please note Special Deliveries do not arrive on Saturdays, Sundays or any Bank holidays.

Saturday delivery


Saturday delivery is offered in the UK only.

Orders places before 5.00pm (GMT) - subject to the items being in stock - will be delivered by Royal Mail before 1.00pm on Saturday. A signature will also be required.

Please note that if you place your order before Friday, your order will still arrive on the Saturday. If you place your order after 5.00pm on Friday then your order will arrive the following Saturday (if you have missed the 5.00pm Friday cut off and need your item sooner than the following Saturday please select Special Delivery).

How quickly do you ship?


Orders placed before 5pm GMT (Monday - Friday) for in stock items will be shipped the same working day.

Orders received after these cut off times will be shipped the next working day.

Has my order been shipped yet?


You will receive a despatch confirmation email from us as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

If you have created a customer account, you will also be able to log in to your account and check your order history. Your order history will display the status of your order and provide you with information on which orders/items have been shipped, are ready for despatch or waiting for stock.

You can click here to access your account at any time to check the status of your order.


Can I change my delivery address?


You can change the delivery address saved in your account at any time by logging into your account and clicking on the “Address Book” tab on the left hand menu. You will then see options to change your billing and delivery addresses.

If you have already made your order and you have noticed that your delivery address is incorrect please contact us as soon as possible. However, if your order is in our warehouse for picking and packing or it has already been shipped we will not be able to amend the address details.

If you have any concerns that your order may already have been shipped to the incorrect address please contact us as soon as possible.


If my order is split, what happens about shipping charges?


Occasionally we will be out of stock of a particular item or we will not have the quantities that you would like. You can still place an order but there may be a delay in shipping these items. Items that are in stock will be sent immediately. The rest of your order will be sent as the item(s) become available.

You will be charged for shipping when the first package leaves our warehouse but there is no additional shipping charge no matter how many shipments are required to fulfill your order.

Where are my goods shipped from?


All MyTights.com orders are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail post.

Can I track my order?

You can also find out if your order has been shipped by logging into your account on the website and checking your order history or by contacting us.


Will I be charged Customs & Import Duties?


Shipments to and from destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are determined by local laws. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges may be or whether they are applied at all as customs policies and import duties vary significantly from country to country.

These are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.


What if I'm not in when my parcel arrives?


Most of our parcels will fit through standard letter boxes. However if your order is in a large parcel, or you have selected special delivery (which requires a signature), Royal Mail will leave a calling card and you will be able to pick the package up from your local depot, or arrange a another delivery for when you are at home.


Do you deliver to work addresses?


We can deliver to your residential address or your place of work.

When you check out you will be given the option to enter separate delivery and billing addresses.

Do you deliver to PO Box Addresses?


MyTights.com can deliver orders to PO Boxes via standard delivery services.

Please note that signed for and tracked services will not deliver to PO Boxes. Please see Delivery Method Information for more information about tracked and signed for delivery services.


What is your packaging like?


All orders are dispatched in plain packaging.  MyTights.com branding does not appear on the outside of our packages. 


Do you offer gift wrap & gift invoices?


If you would like to send your order gift wrapped please select the gift wrap option at the checkout stage. Gift Wrap is charged at £3.50 per order.

If you select the gift wrap option, your order will be wrapped in tissue and paper and tied up with a ribbon featuring the MyTights.com logo.

You can also enter a gift message for your order. When a gift message is present the prices will not appear on the invoice.
