How do I find a product?


There are lots of ways you can search our website for the products you are looking for.

Hover over the tabs across the top of the website to select options by brand or product type. Once you have done this you can further refine your search by clicking on the filters on the left hand side of the screen.

Alternatively, use the search function in the top right hand corner of the screen to search for products.


Do you have a catalogue?


The best way to browse the MyTights.com product range is via our website. We do not have a printed catalogue.

We are constantly adding new products and new lines to our offering and this means that any printed catalogue would rapidly go out of date. Our website is therefore the best way to keep up to date with what MyTights.com has to offer. You can be updated of new products by signing up to our regular newsletter.


The price of a product has changed


MyTights.com will always try to keep our prices as low as possible. However, for a variety of different reasons we may have to change the prices of our products from time to time.

Alternatively, products could be discounted for a short period of time as part of a special promotion. You can keep up to date with all of our promotions by signing up to our regular newsletter.


The item I want to buy is out of stock


MyTights.com aspires to have 100% of our stock available for immediate delivery. Occasionally however, we will be out of stock of a particular item or we will not have the quantities that you would like. You can still place an order but there may be a delay in shipping these items.

When you add an item to your basket the stock status will be displayed under the product name, colour and size information. If the item is not in stock, an estimated shipping date will appear in red. If the item is in stock the words “[Quantity] available for immediate despatch” will appear in green beneath the product name, colour and size information.

Items that are in stock will be sent immediately. The rest of your order will be sent as the items become available.

There is no additional charge for shipping no matter how many shipments are required to fulfill your order.

Occasionally, search engines will direct customers to a page for an old product which has been discontinued and MyTights.com no longer stocks. Whilst the page will still appear to those that search for it, the product will be labelled as “Availability: Out of stock” and there will not be a button to Add To My Basket as there is with live products.


Do I have to have an account to make a purchase?


You will need to set up a MyTights.com customer account to make an order with us, this does not require any extra information other than a password.

Creating an account, will allow you to check on the progress of your order, reorder previous orders, and make new orders without having to enter all of your address and contact details again.


How do I change my account details?


Once you have created an account, you will be able to log in and change any of the information on your account including your shipping and delivery addresses, email address and password.

If you haven’t logged in for a while, please do check that your account information is correct before making a new order.


I can’t remember what I purchased last time


If you have created an account with MyTights.com you will be able to log in and see your previous orders by clicking on the “My Orders” tab. If the items are still live on our website, you will then be able to reorder a duplicate of your last order or any of the individual items on it.

If you have not created an account, please contact us by email or telephone with your name, address and email address and we will be able to look up your last order and place it again for you.


How can pay for my order?


When shopping with MyTights.com, you will need to pay with a credit or debit card.

MyTights.com accepts the following card types:

MasterCard
VISA
VISA Debit/Electron
American Express
Solo
Maestro/Switch


‘MyTights.com’ will appear on your statement.

Your card will only be charged when the goods leave our warehouse.


I have a voucher, how do I use it?


If you have received an MyTights.com voucher, you can redeem this at the checkout stage.

Once you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart you can enter your code in to the 'Discount Codes' box (please note that your code is case sensitive).

Click 'Apply Discount' and your discount will be deducted from your basket total. Click on proceed to checkout. Your order confirmation email will show the discount spread across all products on your order.

PLEASE NOTE: voucher codes only have one use, so if you do not redeem the whole amount, you will not be able to use the discount code again.


Can I pay in a different currency?


MyTights.com takes payment in UK sterling, Euros and US dollars.

If the prices are not displayed in the currency you would like to use to place your order please contact us.


When will I be charged for my order?


Your card will be charged when the merchandise leaves our warehouse, not before.

If one or more of the items you have ordered is not in stock you will be provided with an expected delivery date at the checkout stage and in your order confirmation email.

Your order will then be split into multiple deliveries. Please note you will only be charged for the items contained in each shipment as it leaves our warehouse.

Your invoice and despatch confirmation email(s) will list the items contained in each package and which items are to follow.

Please note delivery costs are applied to your first shipment only. We will not make additional charges for delivery no matter how many shipments are required to fulfill your order.

If you no longer wish to receive the item(s) on backorder please click here to contact us and we will cancel the requested item(s) on your order. You will not be charged for any merchandise which has not been shipped from our warehouse.


How do I know what size I should buy?


Every hosiery brand has its own unique sizing and this can also vary between products from the same brand. We would strongly recommend customers check the size guides for each product before ordering.

You will find a link to the size guide on each product page. Just click on the "SIZE GUIDE" button which appears just above and to the right of the size/colour pull downs.


How do I sign up/unsubscribe to the newsletter?


If you would like to receive information about new products or MyTights.com promotions you can subscribe to our Newsletter email. You can subscribe by entering your email address in the ‘Subscribe to our Newsletter’ box located at the bottom of the homepage of our website. The “Subscribe to our Newsletter” box also appears on the bottom of each page.

You can unsubscribe from the MyTights.com newsletter at any time.

To unsubscribe, log into your account and click the link to “Newsletter Subscriptions” on the left hand side and then uncheck the tick box for General Subscription. Alternatively, click on the ‘unsubscribe’ button which can be found at the bottom of every MyTights.com newsletter.

If you are having difficulty unsubscribing from our newsletter or you would like a member of our team to check your subscription status, please contact us.


Can I place an order by telephone?


If you are having difficulty at any point during your shopping experience with MyTights.com or you would just prefer to order by phone, please contact our Customer Services Department at (+44) 20 7819 0530, or (786) 347-5720 from the US.

We will be more than happy to help you with any questions you may have or help you place your order. Please have your credit or debit card details, billing and delivery addresses to hand.

Our Customer Services Team are available Monday to Friday 9am- 6pm GMT (4am – 1pm EST).

Outside these hours or when our phone lines are busy, you will be automatically transferred to our voicemail system where you can leave a message. We will aim to return your call within 2 hours during office hours. When leaving a message, please make sure you leave your full contact details and we will call you back as soon as possible.
