I need to check whether I can return the spanx. After trying them on, the top part kept rolling down - as a result I didn't end up wearing them to my event which i purchased them for in the first place!

Often, products rolling down can be due to an incorrect size being worn, or them not being aligned properly - the best way to correct this is to check in a mirror that the front is not much higher than the back or vice versa. Spanx also recommend wearing your bra over the top of high waisted products, as this effectively "pins" them into place.

Thank you for taking the time to send us feedback. I am so sorry you are yet to receive your order. It was sent to you on 19/10/12 (the day after the order was placed)by Royal Mail First Class post. The vast majority of our US customers find that this arrives within 5 working days, however occasionally it can take a little longer due to postal delays and in rare cases the item is lost in the post.
Although I understand that this is frustrating, it is unfortunately outside of our control once the item leaves our warehouse and is in the hands of Royal Mail. However if the item has still not arrived 14 days from the date of despatch we will of course resend the item free of charge. As this seems to be the case, I have arranged for this to be done for you today.

I read lots of reviews before buying, some good, some bad. So glad I did buy them, they didn't roll down once and held me in in the right places. I am a 10/12 bottom, and got Size B, was wearing rouched dress that does show off the tummy area, didn;t realise there was a 'hole' to go to loo, but after a few drinks was going to be to tricky to navigate, so just pull down the whole thing, no problems at all. Would recommend highly if you're wanting a nice smooth outline. Very please with my purchase.

One thing that we find does make a difference is to make sure that the garment is pulled up to the same level at the front at the back (from experience I have discovered that I don’t normally do this to start with). I absolutely love the product in itself. Fit is great and the garment is very comfortable to wear. However, what totally lets it down for me is how easy the seams at the top of the leg break and then the doubled over material slips. I have owned the same garments before and thought that perhaps I had handled them to roughly, and this time took extra care to be very careful both in putting the garment on and in laundering. However, within two wears and washes, the exact same thing had begun to happen. Such a shame, as I will unlikely purchase again due to this. These items are expensive for what they are, and I would expect them to last a lot longer! I will be seeking out an alternative, better made product, but in exactly the same style.

I am so sorry to hear that you are not happy with the quality of the product. As you have purchased them from more than one place it does seem unlikely that you have encountered a slightly substandard batch. If a product is faulty it is no problem at all to return it to us, just follow the instructions on the back of the invoice. We do also have similar high waisted shorts from a number of alternative brands such as Miraclesuit, ShaToBu and Trinny & Susannah, so hopefully one of these may suit you better.

i have wasted alot of money on tummy taming pants that dont work, wish i had bought these first, they actually do what they say and dont feel restricting at all, i have already recommended this site and this item.
