These walk down under tights as they are silky, I am looking for something with a matte finish a bit like the lyle stockings & the surgical support tights you can get, but cannot find where to purchase these from.

Prompt, efficient and extremely good when there is a problem -usually caused by "wobbly-finger syndrome". My one regret is that they do not stock the Falke 4oD support tights in XLage to go over my arthritic knees - the ones I have are soldiering on, but only just !!

For some reason, I had thought there were 2 pairs in the pack, not one, so I was initially taken aback at the price - it seemed very expensive for 1 pair of knee-highs! Don't be fooled - they are fabulous and worth every penny. Look beautiful, feel wonderful, fit like a dream and wash perfectly...

I discussed this with one of your colleagues. I did not feel the product was as described and had to return all the items other than the one that I had opened. Disappointed that I had to pay the return postage. Most other mail order firms offer free returns.

I am sorry to hear that the Falke Support Knee Highs were not what you were looking for, I am however concerned to hear that they were not as described. I would be very grateful if you could possibly provide a little more information about this please as we do strive to provide complete, comprehensive and of course accurate information on the website (as well as on the telephone), therefore if there is anything that is not correct I very much would like to know about it so we can correct it!
I very much wish that we could do free returns, however unfortunately as our margins are tight and our average order value is low, therefore it would just be uneconomic. Obviously if a product is faulty or misrepresented we then automatically refund customers their return delivery cost.
