After recieving My tights I put a ladder in the upper thigh of the left leg after wearing them for 1 week. This grew to a massive hole. For what I payed I would have expected better quality. I have checked and the item was in stock at the time you placed your order so it was dispatched the same day. We do advice that orders going to Australia take up to 10 to 14 working days, so three weeks is only just longer than this, however normally the post is much quicker than this. Generally 70Denier products like the ShaToBu footless tights are hard and long wearing, however it is still possible for ladders too appear and unfortunately if you have been wearing them for a week it is not possible for us to take them back. We do however pass all comments back to suppliers, therefore if your comment is not an isolated incidence they will definitely look into it further. I have just reviewed all comments we have received for ShaToBu and so far no one else has had the same experience as you. Think I could have gone for the smaller size rather than size indicated on website- found it to be not as tight as other footless tights that I have tried.
