only problem was that the tights arrived so late in the day, I had panicked and rushed out to the shops, spending money on something that wasn't any good at all. I was expecting delivery by about 4pm - after that I just couldn't take the chance of them not arriving.

I am so sorry to hear that your package did not arrive until 4pm. It was sent Royal Mail Special Delivery so should have been with you by 1pm. I have therefore of course refunded you your postage cost as the Royal Mail did not provide the service that we promised. We will also be investigating this with the Royal Mail.

I am really sorry that you were not happy with the product you ordered. We will always accept returns on faulty items or if you do not think that the product was adequately described on the website - regardless of whether they have been opened or tried.
For future reference, we can accept returns on items for any other reason as long as the product and packaging are in their original condition.

After only one wearing these tights split between the legs and have a hole in the toe. They were definitely the right size because they fit very comfortably. This was not what I expected from a £25 pair of tights.

I ordered these thinking that they were actually full length tights and was disappointed on my wedding day when they turned out to be just shorts. When I tried them on they were uncomfortable and did not hold in my stomach as promised on the site. I looked better without them.
